James joined in Nov 2019 after working with Plurimi since the firm started. An experienced recruitment professional whose reputation for building business and delivering results spans ten years of private banking at Merrill Lynch and 20 years in executive search, garnering an unparalleled understanding of the industry and its players with a network of high-level contacts.
Martina joined Plurimi in November 2009 as Financial Controller.
Prior to joining Plurimi, Martina spent six years at Julius Baer Investments Ltd/Augustus Asset Managers Ltd, initially as a Management Accountant and then as Financial Controller. Martina spent 12
years at BZW/Barclays Capital in a variety of roles including share volume analysis, FX and Money Market trader evaluation, Treasury Products Finance, Product Control and Management Accounting.
Previously, working within the Legal and Finance functions of Syncona, a FTSE250 specialist healthcare investor. She was also actively engaged with the company’s charitable arm, the Syncona Foundation. Abbey is an Associate Member (ACILEX) of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and is working towards her Fellowship specialising in Company, Partnership and Employment Law. She also holds a BA Honours degree in Music & Business from Surrey University. Prior to this, Abbey held various operational, development and managerial roles.
Sharon is the Executive Assistant to the Chairman, working closely with the management team, she joined Plurimi in February 2010. She has over 20 years experience in a variety of industry sectors including Lehman Brothers (Private Banking division) for 4 years and Premier Farnell (a FTSE 250 distribution company).
David joined Plurimi in June 2019 and has experience working in fund administration, insurance and compliance and has worked in Plurimi’s UK and Gibraltar office. David graduated from St Martins university in 2007.
Zoe joined Plurimi in June 2016 bringing with her over 20 years of experience within Finance and Accounts.
Prior to joining Plurimi, Zoe worked in various industries including banking, law and hospitality, whilst gaining qualifications in Business and Accounts.
Louise joined Plurimi in 2017. She is a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants and has also completed the Association of Accounting Technicians Level 3 diploma. She has in the past worked as an auditor and a client accountant for two well-established firms having spent several years working for the Ministry of Defence. Louise is based in our Gibraltar office within our Finance team.

Multi-lingual and analytically-minded, Jesus has been providing Operational support for Portfolio Managers for over 4 years. His specialities are: strong knowledge of asset classes, performance measurements and equity research. Jesus holds a Bsc in Finance from Nova Southeastern University as well as a Msc in Investments from University of Westminster.

Janice joined Plurimi in March 2014 and manages the front desk. Holding a BA (HONS) degree in the Arts, she has a varied skill-set with experience working in Imports, liaising with HMRC Customs, Private Clients, Galleries & Art Handlers.
Francis joined Plurimi in March 2021 with nearly 20 years' experience in a financial environment. Francis has worked with the insurance, financial advisory and hospitality industries in Gibraltar whilst training for IT, IFA and accounting qualifications. Francis is fluent in English and Spanish.
Gian joined Plurimi in November 2017 after acquiring an interest in statistical analysis and financial services whilst at college in Gibraltar. Gian is fluent in English and Spanish.
